Four more new GATE exam centers for the state | Rare Techy

Hyderabad: Telangana will have GATE examination centers at Adilabad, Kothagudem, Medak and Nalgonda in IIT-Madras, Indian Institute of Science and Bengaluru regions from next year, taking the total number of units in the state to 11.

The decision to set up four new centers for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) was confirmed on November 20 by GATE-JAM Committee Chairman, IIT-Madras, Rayala Suresh Kumar for GATE-2023.

Union Minister G. The decision was taken in response to a letter written by Kishan Reddy to Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Reddy sought more centers for the convenience of students in Nizamabad, Adilabad and Gadwal districts.

The GATE test examines the understanding that students have various undergraduate subjects in engineering and science and its marks are used for admission to masters programs and employment opportunities in public sector companies.
