SBI Application 2022: State Bank of India (SBI) has invited online applications from Indian nationals for the appointment of Professional Personnel Officers on contract basis. Applications are invited for one Post Vice President (Corporate & Technology Architecture) for 3 years (Renewable for another 2 years at the Bank’s discretion.). The place of work will be in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai or any place decided by the Bank. Selection will be based on shortlist, interview, and CTC Interview.
The age of the candidates does not exceed 45 years as of 01.07.2022. Candidates are requested to apply Online through the link given on Bank website https://bank.sbi/web/careers or https://www.sbi.co.in/web/careers.

Age-Limit for SBI Recruitment 2022:
The age of the candidates does not exceed 45 years as of 01.07.2022.
Educational Qualification for SBI Recruitment 2022:
Graduate in Engineering from a recognized University / Institution.
BE/B.Tech/ME/M. Technology from a recognized University / Department of Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Technology / Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering / Computer Science will be preferred.
TOGAF certification will be preferred as an additional qualification.
MBA / PGDBA will be an added advantage.
Experience for SBI Recruitment 2022:
A minimum of 15 years of overall POST QUALIFICATION experience in the IT field of which at least 3 years should be in a senior management level position.
Of the above 15 experiences, a minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural functions is mandatory.
Experience in Enterprise Architecture in BFSI sector is preferred.
Salary details for SBI Recruitment 2022:
CTC will not be a limiting factor for eligible candidates. In addition to CTC, performance-based payment of up to 10% of CTC (Interchangeable) will be paid at the end of the year, based on the Annual Appraisal Report. The officer will be eligible for variable pay on securing minimum 75% marks in the eligible KRA of the respective year.
Contract Period for SBI Recruitment 2022:
The duration of the Agreement will be 3 years (it can be renewed for another 2 years at the discretion of the Bank). The contract can be canceled by both parties by giving 3 months notice.
Selection Process for SBI 2022 Success:
Selection will be based on shortlist, interview, and CTC Interview.
Short list: Merely fulfilling the minimum qualifications and experience will not entitle a candidate to be called for an interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide on the shortlisting criteria and thereafter, an adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be selected for the interview. The Bank’s decision to call candidates for interview will be final. No correspondence will be made in this regard. Selected candidates will be called for interview.
interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be made in this regard.
List of merits: The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on the marks obtained in the interview only. If more than one candidate achieves the cut-off marks (common marks in the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked in descending order of age in the merit list.
How to Apply for SBI Application 2022:
Candidates are required to register online through the link available on SBI website https://bank.sbi/web/careers OR https://www.sbi.co.in/web/careers and fee submit the application using the Internet. Application Fees (Non-refundable) for General, EWS, and OBC candidates is 750/- (Seven Hundred and Fifty only) and none for SC/ ST/PWD candidates.
