DNGC Principal Dr. who was the keynote speaker. M.Q. Khan talked about various aspects of exam-related stress and explained effective ways to overcome them.

“Students should study earnestly from the very beginning of the academic session and avoid all forms of distractions, especially addiction to internet, social and electronic media. Negativity and pessimism never do any good. It is necessary to be positive and optimistic in all situations, understanding and appreciating the bright side of everything. Excessive use of internet on mobile, laptop or computer can cause sleep disorders, memory loss, affect mental health and cause stress,” he said.

He advised students to “maintain consistency in preparation and practice a lot to develop the ability to write clearly, coherently, accurately and precisely” to survive exam stress.
