Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (MPUVNL) has invited Requests for Proposals (RFP) for competitive bidding from eligible bidders to develop and maintain solar thermal hybrid system for existing Air-Conditioners and new installations.

Last date for submission of bids for this RFP for solar thermal hybrid system project is November 17, 2022, till 05:00 pm & bids will be opened on November 21, 2022, at 03:00 p.m.

The scope of work for this solar thermal hybrid system project is to design, supply, install, commission, and maintain for 5 years a solar thermal hybrid system for air conditioners and new installations on on site and electrical and civil works in appropriate buildings.

Each interested candidate has to pay Rs. 5,000 against the RfP document. Each interested candidate should also pay Rs. 20,000/- as application security fee. The Successful Bidder shall submit a Bank Guarantee of 5% of the contract value in the name of the concerned employer, drawn on a designated commercial/national bank with a branch office in the city of the Worker. The Bank Guarantee Fund is released within seven business days after the work order is submitted.

To purchase this application, the Bidder must have experience in successful design, engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning as well as maintenance of two (2) aspects of operations in the last 5 years. The Bidder shall provide evidence of having constructed, procured, supplied, established and prepared similar projects for private or government institutions across India.

Minimum annual financial turnover of the applicant in the last three years should not be less than 50 lakh. The maximum salary of the applicant in the last Financial Year will be good and the salary should be calculated as follows:

Net Worth = (Equity + Reserves) – (Revaluation reserve + intangible assets + miscellaneous expenses if not written off + carry forward losses)
