The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) has begun accepting applications for the December 3, 2022 PNP Entrance Examination (PNPE) and December 4, 2022 PNP Promotional Examinations (PROMEX) nationwide through its NAPOLCOM Online Registration Information System. (Norris).
Napolcom Norris has launched a replacement for the On-Line Examination Application Scheduling System (Oleass) to make the online registration platform for civilians and police officers taking the PNPE and Promex more efficient and effective.
Likewise, the new information system has been designed to facilitate the management of the registration of examinees and maintain their records on a secure and efficient platform using the latest cloud-based technologies.
Candidate registration for NORRIS has been extended until November 2, 2022.
Before registering, applicants should prepare scanned copies of requirements (in jpeg or png format).

NORRIS is open to those who wish to join the Philippine National Police, who have a bachelor’s degree and are under 30 years of age, and temporarily assigned patrolmen/patrolwomen due to lack of appropriate qualifications.
