The three global bodies have expressed interest in establishing India’s first National School Examination and Assessment Regulation for NCERT. This exam regulator is yet to be finalized but will be established by NCERT soon.
Among the three global bodies, each is known for conducting study abroad entrance exams, i.e. the English as a Foreign Language test such as ETS, and the Graduate Record Test for students to gain admission to top universities abroad. AIR and ACER are known for their research in behavioral and social science domain and learning assessment studies. All these three bodies have shown interest to NCERT and responded to what is known as expressions of interest to help them select consulting services for setting up PARAKH.
