College heads have welcomed the announcement of revised exam dates by the Ministry of Education.
Jai Narayan College Principal Rajendra Kumar said the new dates give students time to revise, study and understand anything they might have missed.
Kumar says preparations have already started and remedial work is underway.
“Actually we have already started the preparations. Two days ago we finished our syllabus and teachers started preparing for the annual exams. Now it is only solution based work before final exam.
Kumar appealed to the students to continue coming to school to get the best from the teachers.
Year 8 exams will begin on Friday, December 9 and end on Tuesday, December 13, the Ministry of Education has announced. Year 12 exams start on Thursday 1 December and end on Tuesday 13 December; And Year 13 exams will now start on Monday 28 November and end on Thursday 8 December.
