SBI Application 2022: Salary up to 25 Lac pa, Check Posts and other details
SBI Application 2022: State Bank of India (SBI) is recruiting candidates for the posts of Assistant Vice President (Marcomm), Senior Manager (Digital Marketing) and Senior Manager (Corporate Communication) on contract basis. There are 04 vacancies for these posts. The place of dispatch will be Mumbai. The maximum age limit is between 30 and 35 years.
The fee will be between 15 and 25 pounds per year. Selection will be based on Shortlisting, Interview and CTC discussion. The notification / call letter for the interview will be sent by email / will be uploaded on the Bank’s website. A hard copy will not be sent.

Maximum age limit is 35 years.

Maximum age limit is 30 years.
Qualification for SBI Application 2022
Assistant Vice President (Marcomm)
Basics: Full time MBA / PGDM PGDBM (Marketing) or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing from Institutions recognized / approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE / UGC.
Minimum marks: 60% in MBA / PGDM / PGDBM Courses completed on a part-time / part-time basis will not be eligible.
Others: Knowledge of MS Office, Analytical MIS Tool on digital platform.
Additional Certificate in Marketing across various media platforms eg Brand & Media/digital etc. will be preferred.
Senior Manager (Digital Marketing)
Basics: Full-time MBA / PGDM / PGDBM (Marketing) or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing from Institutions recognized / approved by Govt. bodies / AICTE / UGC.
Minimum marks: 60% in MBA / PGDM / PGDBM Certificate in digital marketing from a reputed institute.
Courses completed through correspondence/part-time will not be eligible.
Others: Knowledge of MS Office, Analytical MIS Tools
Additional Certification in Marketing across various media platforms eg Brand & Media etc. will be preferred.
Senior Manager (Corporate Relations)
Basics: Duration of MBA / PGDM / PGDBM (Marketing) or its equivalent with specialization in Marketing / Post Graduate Degree in Group Communication from institutions recognized / recognized by Govt. bodies / AICTE / UGC.
Minimum marks: 60% in MBA / PGDM / PGDBM Courses completed through part-time / correspondence courses will not be eligible.
Others: Knowledge of MS Office, Analytical MIS Tools on digital platforms.
Additional Certification in PR/Corporate Communications/Journalism will be preferred.
Exam for SBI Application 2022
Assistant Vice President (Marcomm)
Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience in marketing (other than sales) in a BFSI / Corporate, Media & Advertising / Digital Agency sector.
Out of 5 years, at least 3 years of experience in facilitating creative communication design in ATL &/or BTL (Including Digital).
Senior Manager (Digital Marketing)
a) Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in the field of marketing (excluding sales) of financial products in a financial institution / Service Industry in the digital platform.
b) Out of these 3 years, 2 years of experience should be in product marketing using digital media platforms, with particular experience in search and display, SEO, SEM and programmatic. Knowledge of influencer marketing, email, SMS and SMM preferred.
c) At least one year of experience in facilitating the design of creative communications in ATL &/or BTL (In Digital).
d) The experience mentioned in b) and c) above can be simultaneous.
Senior Manager (Corporate Relations)
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a PR Agency / Service Industry. Of these 3 years, at least 2 years must be in PR.
Payment for SBI Application 2022
Assistant Vice President (Marcomm)
Maximum Rs.25 lakhs CTC per year
Senior Manager (Digital Marketing) and Senior Manager (Corporate Relations)
Maximum Rs.15 lakhs CTC per year
Selection process for SBI Application 2022
Selection will be based on Shortlisting, Interview and CTC discussion.
Short list: The Shortlisting Committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting criteria and thereafter, sufficient number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted (subject to availability) and called for interview. The Bank’s decision to call candidates for interview will be final. No correspondence will be made in this regard.
interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be made in this regard. Merely fulfilling the minimum qualifications and experience will not entitle a candidate to be called for an interview.
List of merits: The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on the marks obtained in the interview only. If more than one candidate obtains the cut-off marks (common marks in the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked in descending order of age, in order of merit.
How to Apply SBI Application 2022
i am. Candidates are requested to register online through the link available on SBI website https://bank.sbi/careers OR https://www.sbi.co.in/careers and pay the application fee using Bank Pay Internet/ Debit Card. / Credit card etc.
ii. Candidates must first upload their latest photograph and signature. Online applications cannot be registered unless the candidate uploads their photograph and signature as indicated on the online registration page.
iii. Candidates should fill the application carefully. Once the application is completely filled, the candidate should submit the same. In case a candidate cannot fill the application in one go, he can save the information already entered. When the information/application is saved, a temporary registration number and password is generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate must remember his registration number and password. They can reopen the registered application using the registration number and password and change the details if necessary, but only three times. Please note that this tool to edit saved information will only be available three times. Once the application is completely filled, the candidate should submit the same and proceed for the online payment of the fee.
iv. After online registration, candidates are advised to take a printout of the system generated online application forms.
