SBI donates heart ambulances to The Art of Living Hospital and Babasaheb Gawde – The CSR Journal






































Mumbai, India: Under its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, State Bank of India Chairman Dinesh Khara donated two heart-saving ambulances to Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar Art of Living and Babasaheb Gawde Charitable Hospital of Maratha Mandir in Vile Parle (East). did held at Circle office in Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai.
The initiative was well received by both NGOs/Hospitals and general customers of the bank. Speaking, Dinesh Khara, Chairman, SBI, reiterated the bank’s commitment to support the underprivileged. “We hope that these ambulances will help people in need to get immediate medical care. At SBI, we are constantly trying to contribute to the welfare of society,” he added.
The function was attended by General Manager (CGM) of Mumbai Metro Circle, GS Rana, along with Ajay Kumar Singh, CGM – Maharashtra Circle, Joohi Smita Sinha and Manoj Kumar Sinha, General Managers of SBI.
