SBI introduces new toll free number for various banking services | Rare Techy

The country’s largest lender, State Bank of India (SBI), has added a new toll-free number for a range of financial services to better serve its customers. By dialing this new contact center number, customers can perform necessary and essential banking activities from the comfort of their home or elsewhere, saving them the time and inconvenience of visiting a bank office or using an electronic medium. In a recent tweet posted on June 23, 2022, SBI said: “Call our new easy-to-remember number for on-the-go banking assistance! Call SBI Contact Center toll-free on 1800 1234 do it.”

Using this new toll free number, SBI customers can request banking services like account balance / last 5 transactions, ATM card blocking status and remittance, check book remittance status, TDS details and certificate of deposit interest by email, and. for a new ATM Card after blocking the previous one. For the benefit of its customers, SBI has mentioned on its website that “Please call SBI’s 24X7 helpline number i.e. 1800 1234 (toll free), 1800 11 2211 (toll free), 1800 425 3800 (toll free),1800 (toll-free) or 080-26599990. There are toll-free numbers from all land lines and mobile phones in the country.”

Apart from the above new SBI customer care number, people can also call toll free number: 1800 2100, toll free number: 1800 11 2211, toll free number: 1800 425 3800, and toll free number: 080-26599990. These numbers are listed on the SBI website, and customers can use any number to register their complaints. To report unauthorized transactions, SBI customers can call 1800 11 1109 (Toll Free), 94491 12211 (Mobile Number, Toll Free), or 080 – 2659 9990 (Toll Free Number). These toll free numbers are accessible from all landlines and mobile phones in India. SBI has mentioned on its website that “SBI now provides your Account and Transaction details over the phone round the clock. Information on deposits and loan plans and services are also available.”

Those whose complaint or request is successfully registered will receive a ticket number via SMS or email.

Customers who want to raise their concerns by mail can text “HELP” to “918108511111”. People who are not satisfied with the services provided by the bank can write “BEXT” and send it to 8008 20 20 20. According to SBI website “Send SMS “HELP” to “918108511111” to get full list of services as reply. Through SMS. You can block ATM Card linked to registered account in case of lost/stolen. To block the atm card, send an SMS to 567676 from the registered mobile number as ‘BLOCK XXXX’ ( XXXX represents the last 4 digits of the card number. )”
