The country’s largest bank, State Bank of India (SBI), is hiring a Professional Staffing Officer. SBI has published an employment notification inviting applicants to send applications for the post of Professional Staffing Officer.
The Professional Staff Officer will be responsible for the analysis and evaluation of loan proposals, including adhoc facilities, reconstruction, rehabilitation, and other types of business or general proposals related to the unit. The officer will also be responsible for prompt and timely assessment of credit, SBI said in a release.

Pay Scale: Rs.63,840-78,230

Guidelines For Filling Online Application For Post Of SBI Professional Staff Officer
Candidates should register online at https://bank.sbi/careers on the SBI website and pay the application fee using Internet Banking, debit card, credit card, or any other method.
In order for the application to be registered, the candidate’s photograph and signature must be uploaded in the manner specified on the online registration page (under “How to Upload Documents”).
The candidate should submit the application after filling it completely. If a candidate is unable to complete the application in one go, he/she can save the data already entered.
A temporary registration number and password are generated by the system and displayed on the screen when the information or application is registered. Candidate must enter his password and registration number. With their registration number and password, they can reopen the registered application and make the necessary changes to the information. This option to change the saved data is offered only three times. Once the application is complete, the candidate should submit it and proceed with the online fee payment process.
According to the official SBI notification, “Application fees and application charges of Rs 750 will be charged by General / EWS / OBC candidates and no fee / charges will be charged to SC / ST / PWD candidates.”
