This year’s Secondary School Certificate and Equivalent Examination result will be published today (Monday).
In a notification issued by the Dhaka Board of Education on Sunday, it has been announced that the results will be published from the educational institutions and online at the same time at 12:00 PM.
The notification states that the result sheet can be downloaded on Dhaka Education Board’s website (www.dhakaeducationboard.gov.bd) by clicking on the result corner and entering the EIIN of the educational institution.
You can download the result sheet from the website www.educationboardresults.gov.bd by entering the roll and registration numbers.
Candidates can also get result via SMS by typing first three letters of SSC, Board Name, Roll and Year (SSC DHA 123456 2021) to 16222.
This year 20,21,868 candidates appeared for SSC and equivalent examination.
The theoretical part of the exams was held between September 15 and October 3 and the practical part between October 10-18.
Like the previous year, this year the exam was conducted on a shorter syllabus and in two hours instead of three hours.
This year the SSC and its equivalent exams were scheduled to begin on June 19 and the Higher Secondary Certificate and Equivalent exams on August 22.
The government exams were postponed on June 17 due to severe floods in the north and northeast of the country.
Due to the Covid situation, classroom activities in all educational institutions across Bangladesh have been suspended for the first spell between March 18, 2020 and September 11, 2021 and for the second spell between January 21 and February 21 this year.
In 2020, the SSC and equivalent examinations were conducted as usual, while candidates for the Junior School Certificate and Primary Education Completion Examinations were granted an auto pass, while HSC and its equivalent examinees were awarded grade points using the subject-mapping method. .
In 2021, SSC exams were held in November and HSC exams in December.
