SSC CGL 2022 Exam Pattern

SSC CGL Tier 1

  • SSC CGL Tier 1 will be computer based exam.
  • The exam will have 100 questions from four subjects namely General Intelligence and Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General English and General Awareness.
  • As per marking scheme, 2 marks will be awarded for correct answer and negative marking of 0.50 marks will be applicable for wrong answer.
  • The language of the question paper will be bilingual for all sections except English Comprehension.

SSC CGL Tier 2

  • SSC CGL Tier 2 will also be conducted in computer based test mode.
  • The exam will have three papers with papers 1, 2 and 3. Paper 1 will be made compulsory for all posts. However, Paper 2 will be for Junior Statistical Officer Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer respectively.
  • According to the marking scheme, 3 marks will be awarded for each correct answer marked in the examination.
